Tideway Wharf Our Goal
Overhead View

Key Facts

  • A five acre site, within the Nine Elms Opportunity Area, the largest regeneration area within Central London. The site is on the south side of the River Thames, adjacent to the iconic Battersea Power Station and minutes from Battersea Park
  • Proposed plans include residential units, underground parking, a hotel, health club, and a collection of restaurants, bars and retail spaces
  • We propose to create quality areas of public realm around the site to be enjoyed by residents and the local community
  • Designed and masterplanned by internationally acclaimed architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners
  • Tideway Wharf will affort the opportunity for a range of accommodation, sizes and ownership
  • Our proposals will enhance the river frontage with the creation of an improved river walk, which will benefit from quality hard and soft landscaping creating places for everyone to enjoy
  • Sustainability is a key part of all St James' developments. Tideway Wharf is being designed to Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, and is already committed to being connected to the proposed District Heating Network in Nine Elms
  • The proposed scheme will be delivered by the award-winning regeneration expert St James Group - a proud member of The Berkeley Group
  • St James Group's vision is to create a quality new 'place' that befits this important location on the Thames
